Randi Zuckerberg is an entrepreneur, investor, bestselling author, and tech media personality. She is the founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media, developing technology, content, and live events all with the mission of putting intelligent, tech-savvy, entrepreneurial women and girls at the center of pop culture and media.

From 2005 to 2011 she was Director of Marketing at Facebook where she helped create Facebook LIVE which is now used by more than two billion people worldwide.

Randi travels the world, speaking about technology, entrepreneurship, her time as an early employee at Facebook, leading major marketing initiatives in the company’s formative years. When she’s not Facebooking or actual written-word booking, she can be found at the theater – as a TONY awards voter, investor in the award winning show Dear Evan Hansen, and board member for the American Theatre Wing and Lincoln Center.

Violeta Vogel is one of those rare women, that work in artificial intelligence field in Switzerland. After graduating from Šiauliai University and getting degree in physics and mathematics, she went to Heidelberg University in Germany and studied computational linguistics.

Violeta was brave and clever enough to convince her colleagues from one of the three biggest banks in Switzerland that artificial intelligence will be very important in the future and that is worth investment. Now she is being the leader of a team that is developing new services for the bank „PostFinance“ using artificial intelligence principles.

Violeta Vogel says that even today in Switzerland there already are companies that choose new employees by using artificial intelligence algorithms. „If artificial intelligence can help for the leader of a company to choose new employees, maybe it can change the leader by itself?“- this question and many more will be discussed by Violeta in the conference.

„Can we still use word „manly“ anymore? Love, honour, strength- are these words only for woman or for man also?“- in his Facebook asks journalist Edmundas Jakilaitis. He inspired us to have a discussion in the conference named „How to live next to strong women?“.

„I believe that a man has to be the first to ask a woman out on a date, first to say „I love you“ or propose… On the other hand, I don’t think that men must make more money than women or that they are made only for work, but not for house“- considers Edmundas. In the conference we will be discussing, who can be called real men or real women, what are the challenges that men, living with strong women, face.
